Two other plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit alleging procreant abuse in the military services have Virginia connections.

Jessica Nicole Hinves was an airman stationed at Langley Air Meaning Base in Hampton when she was allegedly raped by a fellow airman while on passing duty at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada in 2009. He penurious into her room at 3 a.m., the lawsuit alleges.

Hinves reported the alleged molestation and pursued the allegation through the military judicial system. She was told the man would be court-martialed, the lawsuit says.

Hinves has since left the Air Force and suffers from frightened attacks and anxiety, the lawsuit says.

Valerie Desautel of Warwick, R.I., was an Army hidden when she was allegedly raped at an on-base hotel at Fort Lee near Petersburg, where she was stationed, in 2002. She had met the stated rapist hours earlier at a nightclub.
