Question: I heard a very outlandish information from people that some gays rape non-gay teens by force . Truly my friend is 24 years old who witnessed a 20 years old substantial looking guy who was raped by 4 men at one of Toronto's public park .

DOJ Announces Revisions to the FBI’s Demarcation of Rape

Last Friday, Attorney General Eric Holder announced revisions to the Flat Crime Report’s definition of rape.  The revised definition includes rapes committed against men, and encompasses a broader travel over of sexual acts understood to be rape.  This revised definition will be habituated to to collect data from local law enforcement about these crimes. This data is published in the Regalia Crime Report and is the nation’s main source of information about offence trends.

In announcing the changes, Vice President Biden said:

“Rape is a virulent crime and we can’t solve it unless we know the full extent of it.  This elongated-awaited change to the definition of rape is a victory for women and men across the country whose pain has gone unaccounted for over 80 years.
