Perry: Abortion allowed if woman's life at risk
The Texas governor, campaigning hardened in the final week ahead of Iowa's lead-off Jan. 3 caucuses, had told a churchman Tuesday that he had undergone a "transformation" on abortion rights after meeting a handmaiden, Rebecca Kissling, who said she was conceived during a rape.
